A minimum TWO LESSON notice is required to discontinue lessons.
You are responsible for payment for the two lessons after you have submitted this notice.

We are very sorry that you have to discontinue lessons at this time. We hope you will return soon. Please fill out the form below so that we may inform your teacher, make a plan for any outstanding make up lessons due and prepare your final bill if necessary.

If your decision to discontinue lessons is due to financial hardship, you may qualify for our student scholarship program. This scholarship is funded by other students who have discontinued lessons and have donated their outstanding make-ups. Please let us know if you would like to be considered for scholarship money.
