Welcome to The Music Machine's Live Schedule.                          
This file is updated every time a change is made at our store.   
      
Using this schedule you can:   
1. Check the availabillty of openings with any of our teachers   
2. View the history of your and your teacher's attendance   
3. Check to see if we have collected your monthly payments   
      
Teachers each have their own sheet indicated by the tabs at the bottom of the screen.   
   The letters next to the teacher's name indicates what they teach   
   G = Guitar     
   B = Bass     
   P = Piano     
   D = Drums     
   F = Flute     
   WW=all woodwinds (Clar,Flute,Sax)   
   H= Brass instruments (trumpet,trombone etc.)   
   S=all strings (Viola, Violin, Cello)   
   C=Cello     
   V = Voice     
      
The following will help you understand the details of the schedule   
      
   -  a permanent opening in the teacher's schedule   
   these may be used for new sign-ups and permanent moves   
   they may also be used to book a make-up ONLY for the current week   
      
   out  indicates the permanent student has a planned absence   
   these may be used to book make-ups anytime   
      
   out - "John Doe"  indicates the permanent student is out and "John Doe" has booked a make-up or 1x lesson in his place   
      
   ns  indicates a student was a "no show" for their lesson, meaning we were not given notice of their absence 
      
   lc  indicates a "late cancel", meaning the student cancelled at, or after their scheduled lesson time began   
      
   TA  indicates the Teacher will be absent on that day at that time and will make up the lssson at a later time 
      
   TA - "Joe" sub  Indicates the Teacher will be absent on that day, at that time and Joe (another teacher), will be in to teach the lesson
      
      
      
To Book A Make-Up Lesson     
   find a GREEN colored block with your teacher anywhere in the schedule - Call us to book the lesson.   
   or     
   find a GREY colored block of the current week ONLY, with your teacher. Call us to book the lesson   
      
To Sign up for Lessons     
   1. Choose a teacher that teaches your desired instrument    
   2. Look for a GREY spot in that teacher's schedule that work's for you   
   3. Register by phone with a Credit Card, or come to the store to register   
      
   There is a one time registration fee of $12/family when signing up   
   You must pay a deposit equal to one lesson payment at your desired teacher's rate which will be held as payment for your last lesson 
      
To Discontinue Lessons     
   We require a two week notice via our website form ONLY -  should you decide to discontinue your lessons
