Intro to Music Theory Class
is for adults and teens who want to understand how music works, get a better feel for what to play and why, and to be able to better communicate ideas using music terminology.
This class led by Jeff Brooker will include topics such as
Understanding the musical alphabet
Rhythm structures & time signatures
Major scales & intervals
Chord formulas & progressions
Pentatonic and Blues Scales
Improvisation techniques and more
